Job description

We are currently looking for a Coordinator, Marketing and Communications. The candidate will report to the Marketing Manager and will join a young and dynamic environment.

Head office: Vaudreuil

Position: Full time (40 hours per week

Duties and responsibilities

  • Participate in the planning of marketing strategies for the various target audiences in B2B and B2C, and coordinate their deployment;
  • Create, execute, and optimize a rich and targeted content calendar that includes all digital and print communication tools such as social media, websites, newsletters, press releases, corporate presentations, etc;
  • Ensure the creation, management, and distribution of editorial and visual content for the various internal and external communications, in collaboration with the graphic designer;
  • Deploy the strategy for social media use, as well as strategies aimed at stimulating engagement and increasing the number of followers;
  • Collaborate in updating websites, integrating content, and optimizing it;
  • Execute or collaborate in the operational management of inherent marketing plans such as events, sponsorships, promotions, contests, advertising campaigns, signage, presentations, etc. ;
  • Ensure compliance with the brand guidelines including editorial standards and graphic standards, and provide support to the team as needed;
  • Work in collaboration with various stakeholders including internal staff, suppliers, tenants, management, and partners;
  • Develop performance indicators and present the results;
  • Remain informed on the latest digital trends and best practices to proactively advise on continuous improvements.

Qualifications

    • Hold a bachelor’s degree in communication, marketing, or any other relevant university education;
    • 3 years of experience in a similar role;
    • Experience in commercial real estate and customer experience marketing (an asset);
    • Creativity and superior writing skills in French and English;
    • Master the concepts of branding and target audiences ;
    • Demonstrate rigour with the ability to meet tight deadlines;
    • Creative, curious, and flexible;
    • Gifted and motivated by photo and video creation;
    • In-depth knowledge of the different digital platforms and tools (social media, WordPress, Craft, MailChimp or similar);
    • Knowledge of concepts of SEM, SEO and Google Analytics as well as visibility platforms such as Google My Business;
    • Knowledge of graphic design software such as InDesign (an asset).
