Financial Analyst

We are currently looking for a Financial Analyst. The candidate will report to the Vice President, Finance and will join a young and dynamic environment.

Head office: Vaudreuil

Position: Full time

• Develop cash flow forecasts;
• Analyze and reconcile cash flow projections on a regular basis;
• Assist the VP Finance with the financing of various projects;
• Prepare disbursement files for construction financing;
• Produce standardized reports for management on the performance of investments or other projects;
• Develop scenarios, perform and use projections to create financial models;
• Produce various internal analyzes;
• Use the financial tools and models in place and develop new ones when required for analysis of current projects, present, and future acquisition opportunities;
• Support the controller and the vice president, Finance for various projects;
• Support the team in all other accounting functions;
• All other related tasks.

• Bachelor's degree in finances or accounting;
• Have a minimum of 7 to 10 years of relevant experience;
• Experience in real estate (an asset);
• Excellent computer knowledge;
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (advanced Excel - in-depth knowledge);
• Rigor and organization;
• Sense of analysis and synthesis;
• Be innovative;
• Ability to work within deadlines;
• Bilingual.
