Maintenance Workers

We are looking for a maintenance worker for our properties in Vaudreuil-Dorion

• Resource person / first contact on site for our tenants, suppliers and for emergencies;
• Keep the parking lots clean and in good condition;
• Water the flowers and cut the grass;
• Empty garbage, change bags, pick up garbage, sweep sidewalks;
• Replace defective lights on buildings;
• Monthly inspections

• Person with good customer service skills;
• Responsible person, who is as comfortable working independently as in a team;
• Who likes to work outside;
• Relevant experience;
  
• Bilingual.
