Harden is currently looking for a Vice President, Property Management. The candidate will join a young and dynamic environment.

Position: Full time

Duties and responsibilities

  • Responsible for overseeing all operations within the real estate management department;
  • Responsible for all analyses of maintenance and/or capital expenditure;
  • Review and recommend business plans for each asset to maintain and enhance property value and customer experience;
  • Responsible for analyzing capital expenditure budgets over 5-year;
  • Recommend adoption of annual operational and capital expenditure budgets;
  • Ensure effective management of property service contracts with multiple suppliers;
  • Manage expenses in accordance with the budget;
  • Ensure effective management of the maintenance team, including other personnel working on site;
  • Ensure that all deadlines and schedules planning are respected;
  • Ensure efficient use of the implemented technological tools;
  • Promote and maintain positive relationships consistent with company mission and values;
  • Responsible for establishing and maintaining processes and procedures;
  • Approve monthly property status reports;
  • Conduct and lead meetings with the department employees;
  • Responsible for Boma Best certification;
  • Ensure production of budgetary analyses to assess investment opportunities, alignment of interests with partners, and projected returns;
  • Responsible for overseeing the tenant coordination with prospects for their opening in collaboration with the leasing department (monitoring landlord and tenant work, cost estimation, plan tracking, obtaining permits, insurance certificates, etc.);


  • Have a minimum of 10 years of experience in management;
  • Experience in managing the entire company portfolio;
  • Fluent in French and English, both spoken and written;
  • Able to work under pressure;
  • Demonstrates strong communication skills, autonomy, initiative, organizational ability, and problem-solving skills;
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team;
  • Good knowledge of the Microsoft 365 suite and technological tools (Asana, Yardi an asset).
