The second commercial real estate project for Harden in the community as it continues to expand its footprint in the province

Harden, a leading real estate company, celebrates the on-schedule completion of the first phase of Quartier Beauharnois, a 35, 000 square foot premises occupied by Super C, which opened its doors earlier this month, as planned, welcoming the first of many happy customers. This project is the second for the company in the community after having completed its first, District Beauharnois, in 2017, with over 150 000 square feet of leasable area. With an investment of over $25 million, this project will include green spaces, an expansive shopping experience and reinforces Harden’s commitment to the communities in which they operate.

“It is such a joy to see the project come to life highlighted by the grand opening of Super C.” says Co- CEO, Tyler Harden. “At Harden, supporting communities and responding to their needs has always been at the forefront of our strategy. With this opening and more to come at Quartier Beauharnois, this is the continuation of our commitment of many years in the vibrant community. We are delighted to work hand in hand with Metro and their teams on many projects as, like us, they are committed to excellence.”

“We are thrilled to celebrate the opening of our Super C in the Quartier Beauharnois project,” says Jean-Guy Tremblay, Senior Vice President – Super C. “The location, space and timing are ideal for the community, and it is always a pleasure to work with the Harden team, who manages so efficiently to deliver a first-class space. ″

Quartier Beauharnois, easily accessible by highway 30, consists of over 65 000 square feet of leasable area. Up to ± 20,000 square feet of gross leasable area continues to be built and is available to lease, including a ± 11,625 square foot building that can be subdivided to suit the needs of any future tenants. In addition, the project will include three pads with drive-thrus and patios (from ± 2,056 to 3,552 square feet). Construction is expected to be fully completed in 2023.
