Maintenance Worker

Harden is currently looking for a maintenance worker. The candidate will join a young and dynamic environment.

Location : Vaudreuil-Dorion
Status : Full time (40 hrs per week)

• Resource person / first contact on site for our tenants, suppliers and for emergencies.
• Keep the parking lots clean and in good condition.
• Water the flowers and cut the grass.
• Empty garbage, change bags, pick up garbage, sweep sidewalks.
• Replace defective lights on buildings.
• Monthly inspections.

• Person with good customer service skills.
• Responsible person, who is as comfortable working independently as in a team.
• Who likes to work outside.
• Relevant experience in the field (asset).
• Bilingual (asset)

As outlined in the job description, it involves, among other things, communicating, both orally and in writing, with business partners and clients located in Quebec and Ontario.
