Location

Carrefour Brossard is located at exit 69 of Highway 30. This location is strategic, and its accessibility is greatly facilitated by the viaduct on Highway 10, which provides direct access between Boulevard du Quartier and Quartier Dix30. The new light rail transit (REM) station is also nearby. It is scheduled to roll out its service end of 2022. In addition, a high-density residential project (Sector C) with more than 15,000 residents faces the area.
